Where the story begins…
I have seen first hand what a poor diet and lack of exercise can do to a person. Even as a Nurse Practitioner, I didn’t truly witness the affect of diet and exercise on our health until I started practicing in a Nursing Home. With all of my education and background nothing prepared me for what I saw there. Countless people who at the time, should have been enjoying life and family, were stuck in a place that some would never leave due to the affects of poor choices earlier in life. This was the end of their story, their last chapter. Most were suffering from consequences of illnesses that are preventable and/or manageable. These diseases were hypertension, diabetes and obesity.

My passion for helping others comes from my desire to help others to change their story. I know the struggles that people face with eating right, exercising and losing weight. I myself, at one point weighed over 200 lbs, was inactive and ate poorly. I refused to let that be my story. I made it my goal to learn as much as I could about diet and exercise and applied it to my day to day life and successfully lost weight, won 1st place in a body building competition and used my knowledge to help multiple women like me. I changed my story. I rewrote my next chapter.

And here is where it all comes together. I wanted to reach as many people as possible and give them the tools they need to achieve their goals. I love coaching, personal training and helping people to eat right for optimal health. I have no problem sharing my knowledge when most coaches and fitness “gurus” like to keep things to themselves. My coaching model is one of education, demonstration and being motivational. This membership site was designed to do just that.
